have been using this product for 6 years now and would definately recommend it to anyone who suffers from coldsores. I have been getting coldsores from I was young and always seemed to get them if I was feeling run down, stressed tired, in the sun too much etc. Shortly after i got engaged, I was speaking to Fraser & at the time I had a coldsore. He recommended I start using these and I managed all the stress of my wedding even the day free from any coldsores!! They are great... I stopped taking them when I was pregnant two years ago (can not use while pregnant)and after having my daughter never even thought of using them as it had been years from I had any coldsores. Then last month I got a really bad cold was run down, stressed with work etc & along came my old coldsore's again. L-lysine was ordered again that day as I don't want any more of those painful nasty looking things back again!!!! Forgot what it was like as from taking the L-lysine Hadn't got any.
